Return and Shipping Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- All markdown items and customized product are final sale. There will be no return or exchange for personalized item as they are customized and made to order. All markdown items are also mark as final sale and we will not be able to make any return or exchange at this time. If you have any questions, please reach out to us via email at madebyxlovely@gmail.com.
- 7 Days Return Policy: All product purchased that are not part of a personalized or markdown items can be return for a refund or store credit within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Once passed the 7 days window, we will not be able to honor a return or store credit. If you have any questions you would like to address, please reach out to us via email at madebyxlovely@gmail.com.
- Exchanges: At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you order the wrong size, product, or need to return an item for any reason, please reach out to customer service (madebyxlovely@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving your shipment to get a refund or store credit. See 7 Days Return Policy above for details.
SHIPPING
- All orders will ship within 7-14 business days. (Excluding weekend and holidays)
- Flat rate shipping is $8 - orders over $99 ship free! (We currently do not offer expedited shipping at this time)
- Once the packages is drop off at the postal service provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping provider.
- Xlovely shop is not held responsible for the following: Mistakes made by postal service provider, wrong addresses provided by the customer, stolen packages after delivery, and/or damage to orders by postal service provider.
